Events in the third quarter of 2022 of Zhongke Shinzoom

In July: The “2022 Semi-annual Operation Meeting of New Energy Materials Business Department of Zhongke Electric” was held on July 19, which was a summary and affirmation of the work in the first half of the year, but also a plan for the second half of the year. It was of great significance to achieve the annual business objectives of the Department.

In August: 2022 August 30 - September 1, 2022. On August 31, the 9th International Summit Forum on Batteries “Davos” (ABEC 2022) was held in Dongguan, Guangdong. At this forum, Hunan Zhongke Shinzoom Co., Ltd. awarded the “2021 Innovation Award of China’s Battery Industry”.

Dr. Wang Zhiyong, dean and deputy general manager of Shinzoom research institute, participated in ABEC 2022 to discuss the successful experience and development trend of new energy batteries in technology and industrial innovation with the participants.

On August 31, the commencement ceremony of Zhongke Electric’s powder processing base project of 100,000 ton anode materials for lithium battery was held in Wangjiang County, An’qing, Anhui Province. The successful holding of this commencement ceremony marked that the company would further expand its production and improve the supply capacity of anode materials, which could be represented as a strategic milestone in the industrial layout of the company’s new energy materials business department and enhance the company’s comprehensive competitiveness in an all-round way.

In September: On September 2, Zhongke Electric announced that the wholly-owned subsidiary Zhongke Shinzoom Technology and Chongqing FinDreams Battery Co., Ltd. had signed the Joint Venture Agreement, and the two sides planned to determine the strategic partnership and establish a joint venture.

With a registered capital of the joint venture of 1 billion yuan, the joint venture would focus on the manufacture of anode materials. After the project is completed and put into production, all anode materials produced by the joint venture will be preferentially supplied to Chongqing Findreams Battery and its related parties.

On September 9, the center of the business department, together with all bases, held the Mid Autumn Festival party of “Celebrating the Mid Autumn Festival with Shinzoom” to jointly celebrate the Mid Autumn Festival.

On September 29, the commencement ceremony of “Zhongke Electric’s integration project of 130000t/a anode material for lithium battery” was held in Mei’shan, Sichuan. Ushered in the “Double Carbon” strategy and seizing the opportunity of the development of new energy material industry, the project was set up by relying on the accumulation of the new energy lithium battery anode material industry with Zhongke Electric, and making full use of the good conditions in Meishan. The project construction will not only further improve the company’s industrial layout and expand the strategic blueprint of Zhongke Electric, but also strengthen the in-depth communication and integration between Zhongke Electric and Meishan and engine the development of the whole industrial chain of Meishan lithium battery, achieving the win-win cooperation between both sides with significant economic and social benefits.
